  It is irresponsible of you to claim that ALL online casinos are going to cheat or do cheat, There are some great, honest on line casinos. Club World Casinos have a stellar reputation. There are honest casinos on line. I will grant you that there are more, many more dishonest casinos online than there are honest ones, but they are out there.

    I was hounded by a casino, slotsinferno for a long time so I deposited $35. and was given a bonus of about $200.00 I was then told that I could not take any money out until I played over $4500.00 or so. I played for a long time, hit a few jack pots and after 2 days I was over the allotted bonus amount. I was also told that i could not play certain table games. They had locks on them so I could not play them. After I figured out I had played out the bonus amount over $4500.00 I tried one of the table games, roulette. It was not locked so I figured for sure I followed their rules. I then won over $500.00 and I requested a withdrawal of $475.00. I got an online receipt telling me that my request was being processed. (October 8, 2015) I waited and waited. I sent emails and was given a number and someone would get back to me in one day. It never happened. this went on for weeks. Finally I found their chat button and I talked to some idiot who tells me that I did not follow their rules. We went round and round and finally I figured I was talking to a door knob and would get no satisfaction. I decided to cancel my request for a withdrawal and continued to plat. I lost $125.00, stopped and requested a withdrawal of $350.00. Again, I got a receipt that my request was being processed. Still no money. These people are not on the rogue list and they should be. What to do next?

    I also hit a major jackpot last week on real vegas online. 36,918.00. they also refuse to pay me, they said i only made a 25.00 deposit and that was not enough to win a major jackpot,. I checked and they added a rule (number 34) which also says deposits must be over 250.00. It was one little line that keeps them from paying, I have notified the news media hoping they will do a story on me

  i put $50 into my accosunt i had with them in november ’14, i didn’t win anything and not long afterwards i got a free $100 chip in my email and won around $500 with, well past the play through amount. when i tried to withdraw my winnings, they not only took the winnings but closed my account. they said i had multiple accounts on my computer, but i only have one of this one, i had some other casinos on my computer and how would they know that any way? is that legal for them to take back my winnings and close my account?

  Add these to the rigged casinos, they used to be fair, until about 3months ago, Richard, came into scene, set up spies, at casino games(multi player). Dictates when and who to pay out. He even emails me, tells me about how he is watching my acct. I won a bit, but he sure put a stop to that. Instead he offers bonuses, you can never play out, unless you deposit, a lot.And pretty much lose your shirt. I guess I have to help pay for his fast cars, he’s always bragging about. These casinos have become total scams, AVOID AT ALL COST.

  Players beware! Mega Rama owns a lot of games that state “top payout” all over the online sites and Google. Pharaoaes Fantasy, Zues, Las Vegas etc… I have played for way more hours and spent more money then I should have based on fake reviews or gauaranteed winnings by Mega Rama games.   I’m glad that I do not see ignition Casino on this list. Both my gaming experience and my savings have been good and safe.
  I have one question….let’s all put on our tin-foil hats and ask ourselves, are these computer programs set to maximize the rake??? I don’t really care, just want to know.   Planet7 was great in a sense that everything was great, besides the costumer Service from time to time. With that being said I’ve played there quite a bit, enough to become a VIP. Now just Hit me one day, maybe I should consider making a withdrawal from time to time. So the first time I one was February 8 and ninth of this year. It was nothing big $250 one and 300 the other one. I want to see how the withdrawal process unfold and to my surprise is been a nightmare. Not only did they take $100 off Of my winnings, but they’ve been giving me the runaround since that day. They started making up new rules are you can’t get a bonus we can’t do this can’t do that, but they tell me if you’d like to make a deposit you can do that. So the approval process took a little bit longer and to this day they still haven’t sent the money and keep giving me these lame excuses and seeing how it’s not easy to move money around the rule of thi and seeing how it’s not easy to move money around the world this and that. Even though we draw I chose bitcoin, if you’re familiar with the basically it’s instant. Every week to come up with a new excuse of next week next week the week after that and today is the 26th and the latest thing I’ve heard from them is hopefully by the end of next week. On the other hand they still claim they have the fastest payout of any casino online. Take it from me do not make any deposits in this establishment didn’t do what they said they would and to be honest with you I’m not even sure if they will. All they care about is your money coming in. Pick a different place and play there.

  Scam – Captain Cooks Casino- they advertise FREE Spins and have promoted with Advertorials using Canadians as “winners” explaining they were so poor…had a baby in hawaii and left with 850k hospital bill and now they just won $892,000 from Captain cooks and they didn’t even have to spend a dime ~ one of many many stories. Anyway, when I went to sign up Canada seems to be the only country Not on the list – so you can’t even sign up legally.

  This is really juicy.
  Ignition Casino is holding my money hostage because they refuse to communicate via email. They closed my account and demand to speak over the phone. I responded by saying that I’m happy to produce any/all verification (documents, photos, ect…) but I don’t want to talk over the phone because I want a written record of all my exchanges with ignition. They claim the following: “there’s limited information that we can provide over written correspondence.” When I asked them what they meant by that (ie what type of information cannot be transmitted via email) THEY REFUSED TO ANSWER and just produced another automated email. My account is locked! This demand to speak over the phone is not anything I run into with any other company, including Bovada as I said in my email exchange (surely now I’ll get a surprise by them as well). I cannot withdraw because any time I ask them to clarify what type of information they cannot provide via email, they reply with the same automated message with a phone number to call them. I fully concede that a phone conversation would end this but locking my account for this and preventing me from withdrawing almost $2000 because I choose the method of correspondence is DISHONEST and ANTI-CUSTOMER!

  I can forward the email exchanges, so please ask for them and where I can forward these emails. Thanks.
