They took the money from my credit card, when I wanted to play. I lost some money while playing – that was o.k. but when I won money and I wanted withdraw, they gave me hard time. Why they can’t deposit my winnings the same way they took out money. They asked me to fill out faxbackform in which i have to show them my bank acct # and routing # and copy of utility bill, front and back side of my driver license # and copy of my atm card . I gave this info. and now I am afraid of scam

just read your comments Chandrakant they exactly did same to me everything thing you wrote your own words are true, I had won 5500 hunrdred dollars and had never got them deposit they say its takes two to three weeks now these weeks becomes more than months, so I use them all for free games once I realize they are not going to deposit them all. and had not worte me once about it again.

The info you say they ask for is correct. I hit for 10k and then again 1.5k. It took about 8 months to get my 10k, sent in 4 deposits. Was a bit worried however happy to have received.

ill keep short, after deposit, i won on about the 13, of this month. it was 2200 dollers. the man on phone said that seance it was my first time winning, that it would have to be a check, and that it would take about 3 weeks for the prosess to comepleat and receve my check. is this SILVEROAK for real?? please help, ive been spending money there thinking i will recevie money in a few days

Silver Oaks Casino is real, but take their sweet time on your pay out. I don’t trust Cool Cats I had a really hard time getting my complete payout, it was such a hassle. I think their just waiting for you to say, forget it keep my payout if I have to go through this shit. Until about 3 months ago, they were fun, gave back a little,until a guy named Richard, came onto the scene, he emailed me and told me how he was in control of my acct. I just cashed out about $1000.00 , barely breaking even. He knew what and how much I wagered, brag about how he liked fast cars, and some ugly dog, he has. LIKE I GIVE A FUK!! Slots Inferno and Mighty 20 Slots: back here last year i won 490.00 and i tried to cash out and like many of your stories i did what i was complying to their rules and while they stalled around and had me going back and forth along with collecting my bank information to send to them and then they told me a few days later when i contacted them they decided that i could not get my money because i gambled with another casino that they claimed was them as well. i will never ever deal with them and they are dead to me.

I won 8000 dollars at SlotNuts on Feb.28 2016 I wanted to withdraw it I sent all the paperwork to them and they said they had everything they needed from me I call and they said it is in accounting and I asked how much longer it would be the man said there is no timeframe

I was lured in by the offer of free spins at Jackpot 247 and as I now realize this is a scam. I deposited 20.00 CDN and actually had luck. I was up 170.00 CDN and wanted to withdraw 150.00 and continue with the rest. NO WAY…You have to “realize” a sum of $621.00 ( no Idea why this sum?) before I can access MY LUCKY WINS, This is bull and they ain’t gonna get the 20 bucks either, stop it at the source. 🙂

I still have not been paid, This is what I think they tell everyone that wants there money to say ) we don’t have all your documents which you know they’re lying. Make sure you ask them their full name
And then send the person all name and all at once they have all your documents, But your still waiting for your money, they owe me 10,000.00

RagingBull casino does not honor it’s bonuses. You make a deposit and you can kiss the bonus goodbye. I joined Posh Casino by invitation. Second day I won big $17500 in May. I was told it had to be in $2500 checks every two weeks. It has now been 3 months and three checks cut back by $500.?

That one has like 4 or 5 connected “sister sites”, I know and they let you transfer your money around between them. Maybe see if any of the others are better? That Slotland one looks better for those kind of slots. I like the video more animated ones. Diamond Reels is honest and good and Casino Extreme, Lucky Red and Kudos. I know they are all good. Tons of bad!

When I started playing at these sites, all offering same type of games, I won pretty easily. Just kept playing. Then all of a sudden, hardly won at all. Was hard to even go over my deposits. They’d tell me “bad luck” and offer free bonus play…at a 20x-30x wager requirement! Could win but never come near the 20x – 30x amount. Has nothing to do with bad luck. They givevyou one nide hit early on then machines go dead…just pacifing nickle and dime winnings. For the money I’ve spent can not be fair gaming…machines should go tgru cycles of hitting..at least. Should be investigated!

Ok so far all I see are people complaining about how they are not getting paid out their winnings or getting scammed from these casino sites. Why not get a petition signed to stop these useless pieces of shit or better yet find a lawyer who is willing to take on a case to sue the creators of the apps and put a stop to all this nonsense. I’m sure that a lawyer will be able to find a loophole in the TOS or in the games’ policy and agreements. A hired lawyer who is willing to put a case together on shutting these fuckers down, take a percentage for his/her time and making sure that everyone entitled to their winnings gets paid along with making it a criminal matter for these sites collecting real (documents/your personal information) and then using that information to take money from the hard working people or the elderly. It can’t be that hard to STOP all this bullshit.

I just got the big one 2-days in row. Planet 7 deposited 14.60 weekly insurance I took it went to Keno won $700 did withdraw request, had to fill out forms, photo copy credit cards, ID, and phone bill, then they rejected my request said due to one of my credit cards was a virtual and not a hard card. So then I found a few with new member free bonus chip played 2 with bonus, then they had contest releasing 10 new games one a day with free $10 code with release so redeem it at Lucky Creek & Wizbet. So I go to the Grand Eagle got $50 free member chip hit Keno for $1,400 well knew had a 30x play through so got to $700 went to make withdraw request it wouldn’t let me so hit chat button told Rep. what was going on I had met play through. She says ” I am sorry you can not redeem multiple codes without deposit so winnings are void.” I tell her “Wait just a minute I only redeem new member chip.” She said no you played multiple times at Lucky Creek & Wizbet.” I said what the hockey sticks does that have to do with this casino?? Can’t prove anything, as this casino, locked us out of it, after we put in to take out the money. Now no way to communicate, as they ask you to go to their chat but after speaking to two or three chats, they gave me the run around and now can’t get into chat, or the account

Not sure if this company is legit. Had a strange conversation with a representative with this company. Part of the account setup requires you to call a number and speak to a representative. One of the questions asked is “what is your password you used to setup the account”. That was alarming, so I immediately called my bank to make sure nothing got charged to my account. I received a call right back from this company after my call had ended trying to get me to sign up with some bonus incentives. I’m skeptical about this company.

In early July, 2018 I was playing at Desert Nights casino as I had done for a long time. I had not taken a bonus as I had put money in from my debit card. i got the winnings up to $3300. When I tried to withdraw I was told I could only withdraw $2000. Was not too thrilled about this but decided that$2000 was better than NONE which is what I eventually received…NONE!! I filled out the withdrawal slip and waited for a long time without hearing from the casino. I went to LIVE CHAT and was assured by several different people that my winnings were on the way. I had previously submitted my proof of identity info so I waited to hear. NOTHING came. Then after talking to the casino on the phone they again assured me the winnings were forthcoming but they asked me to take a screen shot of the withdrawal slip I had filled out. Before I could get this to them, they locked my casino account. I have, over the past 2 1/2 months contacted them NUMEROUS times with no reply. The only…ONLY site that has Paid me out, granted 3K per week is BETUS. Now, their casino does shut off winning for a while, built into their software, but it does come around again. They send you a gift card to make withdrawals at an ATM. All online casinos seem to shut your winning off after you win. They call it a stroke of bad luck….Yeah! I can confirm that Bovegas Casino is shady. They stalled my payout requests (re-requesting documents 6 times – with 3 day increments in between each request). I had to spend a lot of time on the chat and phone just to get verified for payment. I finally got my wire (2 months of waiting in total). And the only reason they did send it was because of my promise to keep playing big. When I finally requested to close my account they came back and falsely accused me of reversing a deposit from 4 months ago. Of course I did not and even verified that with my bank. The representatives on the chat were threatening (saying I would be globally banned if I didn’t “cooperate” with them). It was like dealing with a lone shark or mafia. These people are crooked. There are several good casinos out there. This is not one of them.

I had a $35.00 promo code for free play turned it in to over $7000.00. Then foolishly kept playing til the machines stopped paying anything ! Even if you won on a line it wouldn’t pay. Took screen shots and all they said was we will tell tech about it although they never shut the machine down or fixed it. Now I am down to about $2000.00 and the site is not reachable, it tells me my username and pw are incorrect. Can’t get back in…..please stay away it is completely a scam site.
